My name is Paul, and like many people in this community, miniature painting has been a constant source of joy and meaning in my life. What began as a hobby quickly became something deeper — a way to slow down, focus, and express myself creatively. During periods when I struggled with my mental health, painting miniatures offered structure, calm, and a sense of achievement when other things felt overwhelming.
